Recently, we’ve had some pretty busy weekends in store, where we’ve had to pass on a few walk-in trades due to the amount of foot traffic in store, so I wanted to give a quick update/FAQ as to the best way to sell to us:
WHEN: Monday thru Friday, any time during the day (11am-7pm), is -highly- preferred by us.
I know it can be inconvenient with schedules, but Mon-Fri are when we are best suited to give you the time and attention required to process trade-ins. Walk-in weekend trades -may- be declined if we are particularly busy / had a lot of trades already that day.
If you can only ever stop in on Saturdays, reach out ahead of time, and we can at least pre-quote to save both of us a lot of time!

WHAT WE’RE BUYING: check out the picture below of what we are prioritizing. Although everything does end up coming down to condition, we push items on this list to the top of the line!
WHAT WE AREN’T BUYING: we are currently uninterested in PS4 systems, Xbox One (original model) systems, and Funko Pops, for neither store credit nor cash.

ANYTHING ELSE?: always feel free to reach out ahead of time regarding trade-ins. We are happy to pre-quote, so you know exactly how much your trade is worth, and we are happy to schedule during the week, so we have appropriate staffing and/or cash on hand.
Communication is key. We have a lot of people who drive far distances to see us. We are -extremely- appreciative about that, but please don’t ever assume we will buy what you have. Reach out via message, email, or call, and we can work it all out ahead of time. Email: store@completeinbox.com
