Hi all! I hope the Fall and back-to-school is treating everyone well so far — as we head towards the Holiday season (and busier times for us all!), I wanted to go over our current trade-in policies.
Currently, we are accepting walk-in trades Monday thru Friday, any time during business hours. These walk-ins can either be for store credit, or cash. On the weekends, we cannot guarantee accepting any trades, especially if we are particularly busy that day. Due to that, we highly recommend reaching out to us ahead of time about any potential mid-to-large size trades.
PRE-QUOTES: email us, or contact us on FB/IG, and send pictures of the items over. If interested, we can give you an exact quote (store credit or cash) for the items. We can then schedule your trade so we can be better prepared to accept it. Pre-quotes ALWAYS take precedence over walk-in trades.
We really hate turning trades away, so we ask that you keep a line of communication with us, especially for mid-to-large size trades. Thanks again to our wonderful customers!
